Tiny Homes Foundation, in partnership with NatureCraft Houses, Overcoming, and Jamie R. Wright, helped deliver a five-townhome housing project in McAlester, Oklahoma, created for women and children escaping domestic violence.
These homes were built to provide more than shelter. They were designed to offer families a safe, stable place where they can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity, privacy, and independence.
The project included five newly constructed townhomes with modern kitchens, durable finishes, dedicated living spaces, parking, site improvements, and the infrastructure needed to create a complete residential community.
The Impact
For a family leaving an abusive situation, safe housing can be one of the biggest barriers to starting over. This project helps remove that barrier.
Five homes means five families can have:
