Tiny Homes Foundation is supporting a 17-home affordable housing development in Duncan, Oklahoma, designed to expand access to homeownership for income-qualified and first-time homebuyers. The project includes three- and four-bedroom single-family homes and works in collaboration with the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to help connect qualified buyers with available homeownership assistance.
Impact: Duncan is about moving families from renting toward ownership. By creating quality homes at attainable price points and connecting qualified buyers with financing resources, the project helps families who may otherwise struggle to enter the housing market begin building equity, financial stability, and generational wealth. The broader impact extends into the community through stronger neighborhoods, increased residential stability, and greater opportunity for Oklahoma families.17 homes. New homeowners. Stronger families. A stronger Duncan.
